Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The request for a refund is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The course or service has not been accessed or used beyond 25% of its content.
  • No refunds will be issued if more than 25% of the course has been completed or accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • One-time consultations or advisory services.
  • Any digital products or downloadable materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.

3. Refund Process

  • Purchase date and order number
  • The reason for requesting a refund

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

You may cancel your course subscription within the refund eligibility period (14 days from purchase) and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of Arabic Wisdom if specific conditions are met, such as incomplete access to the course.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
